Second try...

Daniel is taking a nap, so I am taking the opportunity to try and type some more... We are in the process of settling into our new house...it's taken a while, but it's starting to look like a home. Nick is back from recruiting and he brought Ginger back with him- so Daniel now has his doggy! He loves her- he chases her all over the house and "pets" her as much as he can...she is very good with him...So Daniel is right on the verge of walking- he has even taken 2-3 steps on his own! They are few and far between, but I think he's getting more confidence. The first time he did it was as soon as his daddy came home from California- I guess he was waiting for him...We took Daniel and Ginger to the dogpark yesterday- he was amazed at all of the dogs there were- he kept wanting to get down and crawl- but mommy didn't allow that...Daniel has his first Hawaii doctor's appointment next week- it'll be interesting to see just how big he's gotten...because he feels like he weighs a ton! Daniel is starting to enjoy solid foods a lot more- he still loves all the sweet foods, and every so often I can get him to eat some green beans or avocado..He really loves thigs that he can pick up between his fingers and eat...he's a big fan of Cheerios....I've been sick, and my coughing is getting the best of me right now, so i am going to stop writing....I will soon get more organized in my thoughts instead of just throwing a bunch of information at you....give me time...
