A Weekend with Grammie
Grammie came to Oahu last weekend to keep Daniel and I company while Nick was away. It was great to see her. Daniel enjoyed showing off his walking abilities- he's very proud these days. We did a lot of shopping, and went to a birthday party at the zoo. Also Grammie gave mommy two days of sleeping in- it was wonderful- especially because Daniel decided to wake up before 6am on both those mornings. It was so nice having my mom here. I love having our families close...they just need to build a bridge now from Oahu to Maui, and from Oahu to San Francisco...that would be perfect! Grammie we miss you- and can't wait to see you in August!

My dear sweet friend, as discussed previously I understand your delima with the carseat. However, I do think it's about time to get that big 'ol boy of yours out of the infant seat! Ha! Ha! I'm glad you enjoyed your time with your mom!
A bridge would be the answer... had a wonderful time, too much shopping but I guess that was my fault. Next time it will be sandy beach days, swims in the ocean and walks at the park. Maybe a little shopping. Love you all so much, hated to have to leave but will look greatly forward to celebrating Daniel's birthday.
